"Awesome and much appreciated experience. It was worth it just for the help with insurance whom they voluntarily helped fight after our adjuster, John Yoo, said they'd rather let our "house rot than fix a water leak". Shout out to John and his supervisor who said we didn't need a new flat roof because he's seen thousands of pictures. It was hilarious when their own engineering firm, with CFRRs help, said your picture/roof reviewing skills were.......lacking. Now our house doesn't sound like a wave machine when the wind blows and of course no leaks. Roof just looks better than the prior contractors attempt, including, proper finishing on edges, drains not closed off, drains below the level of the roof and no ripples, plus warranting their work. All of which gives me every confidence it will perform, especially because they're confident enough to offer an amazing warranty. Thank you to AJ and team for helping to stand up to the insurance company and force them to do what they are paid for. More importantly thank you for doing a roof a billion times better than the last folks who were not flat roofers. It's important to do what you know and they know a flat roof."
