Colorado Front Range Roofing was a pleasure to work with! I had a rental property in a town I do not live in that I was trying to sell. During the sales process, I was informed that there was roof damage. I worked with James who in turn worked with my insurance adjuster and made the entire process stress free for me! This was good since the sale of a house is already stressful enough. And on top of everything, they got the repairs done quickly. We have a flat roofed house and called several roofers to assess the multiple areas of water leaking through the ceiling after rainstorms. With so many roofing businesses, we were overwhelmed. All of them told us we needed a new roof. Finally AJ came out and he suggested doing a much less expensive repair first (re-seal the roof vents) and see if that worked. We have had two snow/rain storms since the repair and so far no leaks. I can’t thank AJ enough or recommend Colorado Front Range Roofing enough. If we have to move forward and get a new roof, we will only hire them to do it.

I really can’t say enough great things about Colorado Front Range Roofing. After the last storm I had seen the beautiful new roof they had installed on my neighbors house and talked to my neighbor and asked how he liked his new roof. He said he loved it and the price couldn’t be beat, so I called the number on his yard sign and dealt with a wonderful salesman who did everything he could to save me money. They gave me the lowest bid, were professional and prompt, and I haven’t had reason to complain about any of the work. After they did my home I also had them replace the roof on my rental. Great work, unbeatable price, and an awesome staff from the sales people who worked hard to give me the lowest price they could, to the friendly and courteous roofers who did the job well and clean. I can’t thank these guys enough for the money I saved.

My husband and I contacted this company after severe hail damage had been found on our roof. We worked with James from our estimate to completion and he was so professional and thorough. The two gentlemen that actually did the work were incredible. They arrived bright and early the two days it took to complete and before leaving each day they cleaned up any debris that landed around our property. We were thoroughly impressed with their work. What a great company with great customer service!!! When we purchased our house in 2020, we had another roofing company claim to know how to “fix” our flat roof. Within 3 months we had leaks inside the house. They again attempted to “fix” it. More leaks over the next year. I contacted Colorado Front Range Roofing. AJ knew exactly what the issues were and what would be the proper fix. He was pleasant and professional. During install one of my skylights got cracked. They were willing to fix their mistake. I also spoke with Jim, the owner through this process and he was great. I’m glad we now have a correctly done flat roof and have no concerns about leaks as winter starts. Thank you AJ and Colorado Front Range Roofing for a great experience and now having a roofing company we can depend on!!!

Wind had torn out a portion of our aluminum soffit last January. Had been trying for months to find someone to come and look at the problem and give me an estimate. Most weren't interested, many didn't even bother to call me back and one promised me repairs "any minute", but strung me along for six months and never showed. Front Range Roofing gave me an estimate and shortly thereafter showed up and made the necessary repairs and replacements. Their work was excellent and I would highly recommend them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

We had our hail damaged roof replaced in 2023 by CFRR, and could not be happier. Very professional and knowledgeable crew, worked quickly and efficiently. Communication with James Griffith was always on point. Fast forward to 2025. I called James to come out to inspect the roof on my father's house, as I suspected it may have some damage because of a leaking skylight. James quickly came out and assured me that the roof showed no more than normal wear, (less than 10 years old) and repaired the leak for us at no charge. Thank you James, and CFRR, you have a customer for life.

These guys work hard and do the complete job. AJ has been super in his knowledge and organization. We have commercial flat roofs that can be very difficult to repair when leaking. They have helped us on 3 different buildings that are 15 plus years old. Would not go anywhere else for this type of repairs.

I had a couple quotes done by different companies after discovering a leak when snow was melting off my roof. All recommended full roof replacement due to its age and hail damage, but I feel Jaymon with Colorado Front Range Roofing was most thorough in evaluating the issue, checking and putting concrete answers to a few questions other companies had left at "probably". He answered all the questions I had in-depth and was very reassuring and helpful through the whole process of having my roof and gutters replaced, from inspection to working with my insurance to what to expect from the replacement itself. My new roof looks great and I have plenty of faith in it!

October 2023 we had a good experience with Colorado Front Range Roofing. Had great difficulty getting another Roofer to come out. This company saw our urgent need as insurance company wanted roof done like right now. The salesman came out immediately, he brough color palate we described. With in two weeks our roof was done. The supervisor of the team at that time was very good. Even got to meet the owner of the company when my wife went to the office, Jim was so friendly. His office staff is awesome. I highly recommend them over any other company in town.

Working with Quintana, Alejan from Front Range Roofing was a comfortable and trusting person that was knowledgeable about all aspects of roofing options. I thought it was a simple process and after listening to him I realized how complicated Roofing can be and what other roofing venders to not discuss with me. I got 3 estimates and chose Front Range Roofing. My installment was scheduled and the crew arrived on time and cleaned up everyday. Not only did they do my home but also roofed a separate garage. After work was completed it was inspected and passed. Since installation there has been minor hail, lots of snow and rain, to include high winds, more than 6 months has passed and not one tile or any evidence of roof damage or wear has been detected. Awesome and much appreciated experience. It was worth it just for the help with insurance whom they voluntarily helped fight after our adjuster, John Yoo, said they'd rather let our "house rot than fix a water leak". Shout out to John and his supervisor who said we didn't need a new flat roof because he's seen thousands of pictures. It was hilarious when their own engineering firm, with CFRRs help, said your picture/roof reviewing skills were.......lacking. Now our house doesn't sound like a wave machine when the wind blows and of course no leaks. Roof just looks better than the prior contractors attempt, including, proper finishing on edges, drains not closed off, drains below the level of the roof and no ripples, plus warranting their work. All of which gives me every confidence it will perform, especially because they're confident enough to offer an amazing warranty. Thank you to AJ and team for helping to stand up to the insurance company and force them to do what they are paid for. More importantly thank you for doing a roof a billion times better than the last folks who were not flat roofers. It's important to do what you know and they know a flat roof.
