"Thank you to Colorado Front Range Roofing for installing our 60 mil white TPO roofing system. We had ongoing issues with our flat roof for years, including multiple leak points and significant ponding water that previous repairs never resolved. Their project manager, A.J., approached the job differently from the start. He performed core cuts and moisture scans to properly diagnose the condition of the existing system and provided a clear, transparent estimate based on real data. He also took the time to walk us through the differences between TPO and EPDM, explaining how each performs in Pueblo’s climate, including UV exposure, thermal cycling, and hail impact. After reviewing the options, we chose a fully adhered TPO system. Before installation, they developed an engineered system design that included R-30 insulation and a tapered drainage layout to eliminate ponding water. We reviewed all components in detail, including crickets, internal drains, and overall water management strategy. The scope of work included a full tear-off down to the deck, inspection of the substrate, and proper disposal. They then installed a two-layer ISO insulation system, a ½” HD cover board, and mechanically fastened the assembly to the deck. The TPO membrane was fully adhered, and all seams were heat-welded. They also completed all flashing work, including pipe penetrations, curbs, and parapet walls. The crew was highly knowledgeable and clearly trained in flat roofing systems. After completion, the company provided a 5-year workmanship warranty along with a 20-year manufacturer-backed NDL warranty. This project completely resolved our drainage and leak issues.
